Unable to get to a post office? You can book your parcel to be collected by Royal Mail HERE. PLEASE NOTE: you must create a returns label via the returns portal before booking a collection.
PLEASE NOTE: all items from the same order should be returned in one parcel.
Please use the returns portal to generate your returns label, and include your returns note marked with the items being returned. If, for any reason, you are unable to generate the returns, please contact our customer service team on +44 (0)1245 280878 who will be able to assist further.
Full Price items purchased online may be returned within 21 days of receiving them for a refund. If your item is received after this period but before 45 days from the delivery date, we may offer a credit note only at our discretion. Sale items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
International Returns - The Channel Islands, Europe & Worldwide
Full price items can be returned for a refund within 28 days of receiving them. Sale items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving them. At the customers cost.
Please send the item(s) back to us at the address provided on your dispatch note returns label. During sale periods, please allow up to 28 days for your return to processed once it is received into our warehouse.
Traffic People is not responsible for delivery fees or lost returns if you select to send your parcel by an untracked method of delivery. International returns fees are at the customers cost, we are unable to offer free International returns.
Items cannot be returned using Traffic People returns portal if they were purchased from our other retail partner website. These Items must be returned using the valid returns methods of each of those sites.
Processing Your Refund
Please send the item(s) back to us at the address provided on your dispatch note returns label. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to processed once it is received into our warehouse. Traffic People is not responsible for delivery fees or lost returns if you select to send your parcel by an untracked method of delivery or a method not listed above.
Your refund will be credited back to your original form of payment within two days of the return being processed. Depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
IMPORTANT - All customer returns will undergo a thorough inspection, if an item(s) is returned in a non-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange request and ship any non-saleable item(s) back to the customer. This policy does not affect the customer's statutory rights relating to cancelling an order or returning faulty or unwanted item(s) under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations and further details on customer statutory rights can be found at the local trading standards department or Citizens Advice bureau.
Please take care when trying your item(s) on. Item(s) will only be fully refunded if returned in the same condition as received, with the original tag still attached. Please avoid make-up transfer marks and distinctive, strong smells, and remove all jewellery to prevent possible snagging when trying item(s) on. Unfasten all buttons or zips in order to step into the garment, avoid pulling garments over your head and take care when handling delicate fabrics to prevent any damage. Bodysuits must always be tried on over underwear and the protective hygiene strip must not be removed and still intact if you wish to return. If a garment includes a belt, and it is returned without the belt then the refund will be refused, and the item will be immediately shipped back out to you.
We no longer offer exchanges. Please return the item to us for a refund instead.
Right to Cancel
If you cancel your entire order for a refund before shipping (or notify us of your intention to cancel it by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or phoning our customer service team on +44 (0)1245 280878. We will also refund any initial postage and packing charges, unless you opted for Express Delivery, in which case only the standard postage and packing charges will be refunded.
