Which credit cards do you accept?
You can pay for your order using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro) or via PayPal.
How do I redeem a Gift Voucher or Voucher Code?
Gift vouchers and voucher codes can be redeemed at checkout just before you pay for your order. Simply, enter your the code in the Voucher Code box and hit 'Apply'. The total will be adjusted accordingly for items that apply to the conditions of the voucher code.
Can I exchange an item?
If you have bought an item that you would prefer in a different size or colour, we would be happy to replace it for you. We will send out a free replacement within the UK, but the return postage is to be paid by the customer via the Collectplus returns. To return an item, please follow the procedure set down in our Returns page.
