We work with Collect+ to make your return simple in the UK, just download our returns labels from your invoice and drop off at one of the 6000+ drop off points in the UK for a fully tracked return service. The cost of your retur, £4.50 will be deducted out of your refund once we receive your parcel.
For International destinations shipped via DHL, Traffic People will supply a DHL returns label in your package which will enable you drop off your parcel a number of DHL service points for a fully tracked service. The cost of your return will be deducted from your refund once we receive the parcel.

Please note Traffic People do not ship on weekends so all orders received after 4pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
All UK Next Day deliveries placed after 4pm on Thursday will not be delivered until the following Monday as DHL do not offer Saturday deliveries at this time.
