How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, go to our sign in page and, under the section 'Already Registered', click on the link that reads 'Forgot your password?' and we'll send you an email reminder.

When will my order arrive?

Your order should arrive within the time specified on our Delivery, page. If your order hasn't been delivered by then, please:

  • Sign in to your account and check the status of your order
  • Sign in to your account and check that the order's shipping address is correct
  • In your account, check to see if we have provided a tracking number against your order. You can enter this on Royal Mail's Track and Trace page to check the current status of the delivery
  • If you were out at the time of delivery, the postman will have left a "Sorry, you were out" card, giving details of where to obtain the package or how to arrange a redelivery

If all else fails, contact us and we will do our best to help you locate your package.

How do I track my order?

Sign in to your account and check to see if we have provided a tracking number against your order. You can enter this on Royal Mail's 'Track and Trace ' page to check the current status of the delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, just get in contact with us, and as long as we haven't dispatched your order, we will be able to cancel it for you.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, just get in contact with us, and as long as we haven't dispatched your order, we will be able to change the delivery address for you.

Which credit cards do you accept?

You can pay for your order using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro) or via PayPal.

How do I redeem a Gift Voucher or Voucher Code?

Gift vouchers and voucher codes can be redeemed at checkout just before you pay for your order. Simply, enter your the code in the Voucher Code box and hit 'Apply'. The total will be adjusted accordingly for items that apply to the conditions of the voucher code.

Can I return items bought on-line to a store, or vice versa?

Unfortunately, due to our separate systems, it is not possible to process on-line returns at our store and vice versa.

Can I excange an item?

If you have bought an item that you would prefer in a different size or colour, we would be happy to replace it for you. We will send out a free replacement, but the return postage is to be paid by the customer. To return an item, please follow the procedure set down in our Returns page.
