You are entitled to a product refund or replacement up to 14 days after receipt of goods. The returned products must be new, in perfect condition and complete with original plastic packaging and swing tags attached. Used or customer damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged. We can replace an item if the customer would like it in a different size or colour, but please note that this is dependent on stock availability. Replacements are sent out free of charge, but the return postage of the original item is incurred by the customer.

If you need to return an item, you will need to request a retrun, which we will then check/authorise. To do this, within your My Account page, go to 'Order History and Details', select the order & tick the item(s) you wish to return, once the page has scrolled down automatically. Enter an explanation (e.g. "too big", "please send replacement size medium") and press the 'Cofirm Return Request' button. Once authorised, you will be emailed with a link to 'My Account' from where you can view 'My Merchandise Returns' where you can view the return details or print off a return slip. Please include either the invoice, return slip or your name and order number with the returned package. On receipt of the returned item(s), we will refund the original payment (excluding any delivery charges, unless the item was faulty). The refund will go immediately to your bank, who may then take a few days to return the money into your account.

We recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of despatch in case an item is lost. Royal Mail's Signed For 2nd Class Recorded Delivery provides the cheapest option with a signature to prove delivery. Please make sure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received back by Traffic People.

If you are outside Europe it is important to declare the goods as 'returned for refund goods' on the customs declaration as Traffic People will not be held liable for any import duties. If this instruction is not carried out, the cost of any customs duties may be deducted from your refund value or the item may be returned back to you at your cost.
